These terms are the practical rules for using the app workspace.
RenterVault is an operational workspace for storing tenancy records, issue logs, evidence, rights guidance, and billing details. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and record.
Guidance inside the app, including Smart Assist and rights content, is educational information only. It does not replace legal advice from a qualified lawyer or adviser.
Workspace access is tied to an active paid subscription. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. If the subscription ends or payment fails, access to protected app areas may be limited.
You must only upload materials you are legally entitled to hold and use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
