This is the plain-English overview of how the app handles workspace data.
RenterVault stores the account, tenancy, issue, evidence, and billing information needed to run your workspace.
Your information is used to provide secure access to the app, store records you create, support billing, and power in-app operational features such as Smart Assist and evidence organization.
Authentication and database services are provided through Supabase, and payment processing is handled through Stripe. Those services process data required for the app to function.
Only upload personal information, documents, and evidence you have the right to store and use. Remove anything you no longer need to retain.
